It's All About Communication

Effective communication is the key to building and nurturing customer relationships.  In this session, participants will identify the importance of effective communication to using the 6 steps to service excellence. Participants will be given the tools to help them communicate proactively in handling customer requests.  They will learn how to respond to customer concerns in a timely manner and use words and phrases that will begin and end the conversation in a way that makes the customer feel listened to and their issue addressed. Using real life scenarios, participants will practice proactive communication skills.
