Active Listening

This module will emphasize the practice of active listening to ensure that the customer doesn’t have to repeat her/himself.  Participants will learn how to acknowledge and paraphrase the customers’ messages by using positive words. The aim is to increase the customer’s confidence and assure them that you are there to help them find the best solution for the problem.
