Problem Solving for Results

The biggest challenge a service provider faces is to overcome the tendency to find a solution right away to a customer’s problem before they have a clear understanding of what the problem is.  This module focuses on the H.E.A.T. model within our 6-step framework that shows participants how to ask the right questions to obtain clarity of the problem before providing alternative solutions and selecting the best solution for the customer.
